Overview
The Discovery D300 uses a modern Bosch MD1CP007 diesel ECU on the latest MHEV six-cylinder applications. Diesel calibration gains are especially rewarding here because extra torque improves drivability, towing, and part-throttle acceleration more than peak horsepower figures suggest. It is a strong commercial diesel SUV entry where a bench-based workflow is acceptable to the target customer.

Programming Instructions
The Bosch MD1CP007 ECU requires bench flashing — direct connection to the ECU outside the vehicle. The ECU must be removed and shipped to AMT Tuning for programming.
- Remove the ECU from your vehicle (refer to your workshop manual for location and procedure)
- Package securely and ship to AMT Tuning at the address below
- AMT will read your stock file and flash your custom tune directly on the bench
- Turnaround is typically 3–5 business days from receipt
- Reinstall the returned ECU — the tune is active immediately on start-up
