Overview
The Mulsanne Speed already carries a more assertive version of Bentley’s 6.75 litre twin turbo V8, with a stronger factory torque curve and sharper drivetrain behavior. Even so, the engine still responds well to careful calibration that builds on its effortless character rather than replacing it with harshness. Tuning mainly improves the depth and duration of the torque wave under load. Stage 2 adds even greater authority in the midrange and upper load range when airflow and temperatures are managed properly.

Programming Instructions
The Bosch MED17.1.1 ECU requires bench flashing — direct connection to the ECU outside the vehicle. The ECU must be removed and shipped to AMT Tuning for programming.
- Remove the ECU from your vehicle (refer to your workshop manual for location and procedure)
- Package securely and ship to AMT Tuning at the address below
- AMT will read your stock file and flash your custom tune directly on the bench
- Turnaround is typically 3–5 business days from receipt
- Reinstall the returned ECU — the tune is active immediately on start-up
