Overview
The G70 2.0T is controlled by the Continental SIM2K-250 ECU, which gives the platform excellent flash accessibility and predictable tuning behavior over OBD. The Smartstream 2.0T responds well to modest increases in boost pressure and optimized ignition, with noticeable improvements in midrange torque and part-throttle urgency. Because the stock torque request and airflow strategy leave room on the table, Stage 1 produces a cleaner and more responsive power curve without compromising refinement.
