Overview
Cullinan Black Badge starts from a more assertive factory calibration, with higher baseline power and torque plus more aggressive drivetrain behavior than the standard model. That means tuning headroom is still present, but the calibration needs a finer touch because the engine is already pushed further from stock. The best results come from broadening the torque band and cleaning up response rather than chasing an oversized peak number. Stage 2 can add further authority through the midrange if paired with freer flowing hardware and careful thermal management.

Programming Instructions
The Bosch MG1CS201 ECU requires bench flashing — direct connection to the ECU outside the vehicle. The ECU must be removed and shipped to AMT Tuning for programming.
- Remove the ECU from your vehicle (refer to your Rolls-Royce workshop manual for location and procedure)
- Package securely and ship to AMT Tuning at the address below
- AMT will connect directly to the ECU on the bench, read the stock file, and flash your custom tune
- Turnaround is typically 3–5 business days from receipt
- Reinstall the returned ECU — the tune is active immediately on start-up
