Overview
The Ghibli Trofeo uses the final high output evolution of Maserati’s Ferrari-built 3.8 twin turbo V8, making it one of the most special modern sedans in the range. Because the factory calibration is already quite assertive, tuning needs a more measured approach focused on extending the torque curve and improving load response rather than chasing exaggerated peak numbers. Done properly, the Trofeo gains a stronger and more sustained surge while keeping the sharp factory character intact.

Programming Instructions
The Bosch MED17.3.5 ECU requires bench flashing — direct connection to the ECU outside the vehicle. The ECU must be removed and shipped to AMT Tuning for programming.
- Remove the ECU from your vehicle (refer to your workshop manual for location and procedure)
- Package securely and ship to AMT Tuning at the address below
- AMT will read your stock file and flash your custom tune directly on the bench
- Turnaround is typically 3–5 business days from receipt
- Reinstall the returned ECU — the tune is active immediately on start-up
