Overview
The Ghibli Diesel delivers some of the biggest percentage gains in the Maserati range because the stock calibration leaves so much torque in reserve. ECU tuning wakes the engine up dramatically in the low and middle rpm ranges, which suits the car’s road use perfectly. It is a very rewarding platform for daily driving because the extra torque is felt constantly without needing aggressive driving or high revs.

Programming Instructions
The Bosch EDC17C79 ECU requires bench flashing — direct connection to the ECU outside the vehicle. The ECU must be removed and shipped to AMT Tuning for programming.
- Remove the ECU from your vehicle (refer to your workshop manual for location and procedure)
- Package securely and ship to AMT Tuning at the address below
- AMT will read your stock file and flash your custom tune directly on the bench
- Turnaround is typically 3–5 business days from receipt
- Reinstall the returned ECU — the tune is active immediately on start-up
