Overview
The Z4 M40i is one of the most rewarding B58 applications because the roadster chassis is light, rear wheel drive, and extremely responsive to torque shaping and boost changes. It uses the same general B58 tuning logic that made the A90 Supra market explode, and supported applications can be flashed over OBD through AutoTuner once security requirements are satisfied. Cold Canadian air suits this engine very well, especially on stock turbo setups where charge density matters. With FMIC, downpipe, and charge pipe hardware, the car becomes a very strong Stage 2 roadster package.
