Overview
The Bentayga Speed W12 starts with a more aggressive factory calibration than the regular W12 model, but there is still useful room to improve response and extend the torque curve. Because the platform already has strong baseline output, the best results come from careful refinement of boost and torque intervention rather than chasing a dramatic character change. The gains are felt most in the way the SUV continues to pull at higher road speeds. Stage 2 adds meaningful extra authority with supporting exhaust and thermal upgrades.

Programming Instructions
The Bosch MG1CS163 ECU requires bench flashing — direct connection to the ECU outside the vehicle. The ECU must be removed and shipped to AMT Tuning for programming.
- Remove the ECU from your vehicle (refer to your workshop manual for location and procedure)
- Package securely and ship to AMT Tuning at the address below
- AMT will read your stock file and flash your custom tune directly on the bench
- Turnaround is typically 3–5 business days from receipt
- Reinstall the returned ECU — the tune is active immediately on start-up
