Overview
The 2.5 TFSI five cylinder is one of VAG’s best tuning engines because it combines strong factory internals with a very responsive turbo and excellent cylinder filling. The Bosch MED17 strategy allows precise boost, fueling and knock control changes, so even a stock hardware Stage 1 file makes the car feel dramatically faster. Stage 2 with intake and exhaust improvements sharpens spool, lifts torque early and helps the engine keep pulling deep into the upper rpm range.
