Overview
The GR Corolla uses the same core G16E-GTS architecture as the GR Yaris, but with North American packaging, AWD cooling demands, and a broader torque-management strategy. Toyota left meaningful room in the factory calibration, especially in midrange torque delivery and throttle authority. The platform is already well understood in Denso bench tuning circles and has strong aftermarket momentum. The outputs below are conservative pump-fuel targets.

Programming Instructions
The Denso R7F701216 ECU requires bench flashing — direct connection to the ECU outside the vehicle. The ECU must be removed and shipped to AMT Tuning for programming.
- Remove the ECU from your vehicle (refer to your workshop manual for location and procedure)
- Package securely and ship to AMT Tuning at the address below
- AMT will read your stock file and flash your custom tune directly on the bench
- Turnaround is typically 3–5 business days from receipt
- Reinstall the returned ECU — the tune is active immediately on start-up
