Overview
Phantom VIII introduces the newer 6.75 litre twin turbo V12 on Rolls-Royce’s aluminium luxury architecture and produces a much larger torque reserve at very low rpm than the outgoing car. From a tuning standpoint the focus is not raw aggression but extending the immense torque plateau with minimal intrusion and excellent gearbox harmony. The modern control strategy rewards careful load and torque modeling much more than blunt boost increases. Stage 2 can deliver stronger midrange and upper load performance when exhaust and charge temperature limits are addressed properly.

Programming Instructions
The Bosch MG1CS024 ECU requires bench flashing — direct connection to the ECU outside the vehicle. The ECU must be removed and shipped to AMT Tuning for programming.
- Remove the ECU from your vehicle (refer to your Rolls-Royce workshop manual for location and procedure)
- Package securely and ship to AMT Tuning at the address below
- AMT will connect directly to the ECU on the bench, read the stock file, and flash your custom tune
- Turnaround is typically 3–5 business days from receipt
- Reinstall the returned ECU — the tune is active immediately on start-up
