Overview
Mazda’s 2.5T Skyactiv engine is conservative from the factory and responds well to improved boost and torque targeting while keeping OEM refinement. These crossovers are especially good tune products because the gain is felt immediately in daily driving and passing performance. The software ecosystem is not as large as Honda or Nissan, but support is mature enough to make the platform viable. The outputs below are conservative pump-fuel targets.
