Overview
The 2UR-GSE V8 is not a huge peak-power platform on stock hardware, but it rewards proper tuning with better throttle, cam timing behavior, and a stronger pull through the upper midrange. Access is more limited than on mass-market turbo cars, which is why the product should be positioned as premium and specialized. Intake and exhaust combinations help Stage 2 justify itself on this engine. The outputs below are conservative pump-fuel targets.

Programming Instructions
The Denso 2UR-GSE ECU family ECU requires bench flashing — direct connection to the ECU outside the vehicle. The ECU must be removed and shipped to AMT Tuning for programming.
- Remove the ECU from your vehicle (refer to your workshop manual for location and procedure)
- Package securely and ship to AMT Tuning at the address below
- AMT will read your stock file and flash your custom tune directly on the bench
- Turnaround is typically 3–5 business days from receipt
- Reinstall the returned ECU — the tune is active immediately on start-up
