OVERVIEW

The Lamborghini Huracan EVO LP640-2 and LP640-4 combine the 5.2L FSI V10 with advanced factory vehicle dynamics, making ECU calibration one of the most effective ways to unlock additional performance while preserving the refined character of the platform.

Our calibration is designed to improve throttle response, torque delivery, and power throughout the rev range while maintaining smooth drivability and factory level manners in normal use.

Stage 1 is ideal for stock or lightly modified vehicles. Stage 2 is intended for vehicles equipped with supporting hardware such as upgraded intake components and high flow cat or catless header setups.

AVAILABLE UPGRADE AND ADD ON OPTIONS

We offer a range of available calibration options for customers who want additional features or further customization.

• CAT DELETE / REAR O2 DELETE – Disables rear O2 catalyst efficiency monitoring where applicable. This option is typically used on vehicles with altered catalytic converter setups.

• POPS & BANGS – Adds sharper exhaust crackles and overrun sound during deceleration for a more aggressive exhaust character.

• POPS & BANGS WITH FLAMES– A more aggressive version of the Pops & Bangs calibration with stronger overrun effect for vehicles set up accordingly.

• PARK / NEUTRAL SOFT RPM LIMITER – Changes the Park and Neutral RPM behavior with a soft limiter setting for controlled stationary rev limiting.

• EXHAUST FLAPS OPEN IN SPORT MODE – Keeps the exhaust flaps open in Sport mode for a more pronounced exhaust sound and a more aggressive driving experience.

• NO START AND STOP – Disables the factory automatic start and stop function so the vehicle remains active without repeated engine shut off at stops.

• REV LIMITER 9000 RPM –Raises the engine rev limiter to 9000 RPM where applicable within the calibration strategy.

• NO CYLINDER DEACTIVATION –Disables factory cylinder deactivation behavior for a more consistent engine response and exhaust note.

• NO CAT HEATING –Removes the factory catalytic converter heating strategy where applicable.

• DTC FAULTS P CODE REMOVAL – Available for generic OBD fault codes, where supported.

• CUSTOM RPM LIMITER ADJUSTMENT – Allows a custom RPM limiter setting to be requested.

TUNING AVAILABILITY

This vehicle is not currently supported for remote tuning.

We currently offer tuning for this platform in the following ways:

OBD TUNING AT AMT TUNING

This vehicle can be programmed through the OBD port only at our premises.
The car must be brought to AMT Tuning for on site tuning.

ECU SHIPPING SERVICE

If the vehicle cannot be brought to us, both ECUs must be removed and shipped to AMT Tuning for programming.

TURNAROUND TIME

Turnaround time is 2 business days once both ECUs are received, not including shipping time.

IMPORTANT ECU REMOVAL AND SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Both ECUs must be sent together.

When removing the ECUs, please make sure they are clearly identified as:

Left
Right

This is important to prevent any mix up during programming and reinstallation.

Please also include a note inside the package with the following information:

• Full name
• Order number
• VIN number
• Vehicle year and model
• Contact email
• Contact phone number

This information must match the order details so we can verify the ECUs correctly before programming begins.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Remote tuning is not currently available for this vehicle
• OBD tuning can only be performed at AMT Tuning
• Both ECUs are required for service
• ECUs must be properly marked Left and Right before shipping
• Please ensure the information inside the package matches the order exactly
• Contact us before shipping if you need ECU removal guidance

PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS

Please pack both ECUs securely using anti static material and/or bubble wrap.
Ship in a strong padded box with tracking and insurance.

Improper packaging may result in damage during transit.

RETURN TO STOCK

The original factory file is stored, allowing the vehicle to be returned to stock if needed.
