Description

Stage 1 consists of an individual reprogramming of the engine management system, where ignition timing, fueling, throttle response, torque limiters, and rev limit are recalibrated for safe, daily-use performance on 89/91 octane with supporting bolt-ons.

Stage 2 is a custom-adjusted calibration in which all relevant engine parameters are further optimized to accommodate additional modifications such as aftermarket sports exhaust, high-flow or catless headers, and upgraded cold air intake systems. Pops & Bangs and flame calibrations are available on suitable hardware setups.

• No ECU removal required for standard OBD programming on supported ECUs.
• Your original (stock) file is read from the ECU and stored; the ECU is then written with the tuned file.
• Ability to return the vehicle to stock software using the same tool and software while your subscription is active.

ECU Bench Programming (Ship-In Option)

• If you prefer not to flash via OBD yourself, you can remove the ECU and ship it to AMT Tuning.
• We will read, program, and verify the ECU on the bench, then return it ready to plug back into the vehicle.
• This is a good option for customers who are not comfortable with the flashing process or have specific installation constraints.

BBS Subscription Details

• Flashing software includes a 1-year subscription for reading/writing the ECU.
• After the first year, a new subscription is required to continue flashing the vehicle.
