Service Overview
Our Factory Resetting (Virginizing) process fully clears all immobilizer data stored in the Ferrari 360’s Bosch ME7.3 ECUs. Once completed, the ECUs can be re-paired to a new immobilizer system or used in another vehicle without synchronization issues.
This service is ideal for:
- Replacing or swapping ECUs between vehicles
- Vehicles that have lost immobilizer synchronization
- Restoring ECUs after damage or water intrusion
Both ECUs must be sent to AMT Tuning for this procedure. The service is performed in-house on our professional bench flashing system and returned ready for installation.

Programming Information
- ECUs must be shipped to AMT Tuning for the service.
- Not available via OBD or Powergate tools.
- Flashing is performed only on-site at AMT Tuning Ltd.
ECU Removal Instructions
- Turn the battery disconnect knob (in the front trunk) to the OFF position.
- Remove the left and right engine covers and unlatch the gas struts holding the rear engine lid.
- Locate the ECUs on both sides of the engine bay (front side of the motor).
- Remove the 10 mm bolts securing the ECU bracket to the frame.
- Release ECU connectors by pressing the black clip and lifting the lever upward.
- Remove the four 7 mm nuts securing each ECU to its holder.
- Clearly mark each ECU as LEFT / RIGHT or DRIVER / PASSENGER SIDE before shipping.
- Reinstall in reverse order after service completion, ensuring all fasteners are properly tightened.
Shipping Instructions
Please pack both ECUs securely to prevent damage during transit.
We recommend using bubble wrap and a sturdy box with tracking and insurance.
