Overview
The standard DBX uses the AMG sourced 4.0 twin turbo V8 with Aston specific calibration, and as an SUV it benefits hugely from additional midrange torque. The Bosch MED17 system responds very well to careful boost and torque model changes, especially because the factory tune remains refinement focused. Stage 1 makes the DBX feel lighter and more immediate without upsetting everyday manners. Stage 2 adds stronger sustained pull and better upper load performance when paired with hardware upgrades and charge temperature control.

Programming Instructions
The Bosch MED17.7.5 ECU requires bench flashing — direct connection to the ECU outside the vehicle. The ECU must be removed and shipped to AMT Tuning for programming.
- Remove the ECU from your vehicle (refer to your workshop manual for location and procedure)
- Package securely and ship to AMT Tuning at the address below
- AMT will read your stock file and flash your custom tune directly on the bench
- Turnaround is typically 3–5 business days from receipt
- Reinstall the returned ECU — the tune is active immediately on start-up
