Description
Stage 1 consists of an individual reprogramming of the engine management system, whereby engine parameters (ignition, injection, throttle response, torque limiters, boost control, etc.) are recalibrated for safe, daily-use performance on premium pump fuel.
Stage 2 is a custom-adjusted calibration where all relevant engine parameter values are further optimized to accommodate additional mechanical modifications such as aftermarket sports exhaust, high-flow downpipe / catalyst, and upgraded cold air intake systems.
All calibrations are developed for the best possible performance and results within safe operating margins and to retain excellent drivability.

ECU Bench Programming (Ship-In Option)
- Engine ECU can be removed from the vehicle and shipped to AMT Tuning for programming if preferred.
