Overview
The Flying Spur V8 uses the lighter and more responsive 4.0T EA825 engine, which gives the big sedan a more agile and driver focused character. Bentley’s stock tune is still conservative in torque delivery, leaving solid headroom for a clean Stage 1 calibration. The result is stronger acceleration with no loss of smoothness in normal driving. Stage 2 adds better upper rpm flow and a more urgent feel when paired with downpipes and cooling support.

Programming Instructions
The Bosch MG1CS008 ECU requires bench flashing — direct connection to the ECU outside the vehicle. The ECU must be removed and shipped to AMT Tuning for programming.
- Remove the ECU from your vehicle (refer to your workshop manual for location and procedure)
- Package securely and ship to AMT Tuning at the address below
- AMT will read your stock file and flash your custom tune directly on the bench
- Turnaround is typically 3–5 business days from receipt
- Reinstall the returned ECU — the tune is active immediately on start-up
