Overview
The first Ghost uses the BMW derived N74B66 twin turbo V12 on the RR4 platform with a strong low rpm torque bias. Its factory calibration is deliberately soft in throttle and torque delivery to preserve refinement, which leaves useful headroom for a smooth Stage 1 file. ECU work here mainly improves requested torque, boost control and gearbox coordination rather than chasing an aggressive top end. With supporting exhaust flow changes, the platform also responds well to a conservative Stage 2 calibration.

Programming Instructions
The SiemensContinental MSD87 ECU requires bench flashing — direct connection to the ECU outside the vehicle. The ECU must be removed and shipped to AMT Tuning for programming.
- Remove the ECU from your vehicle (refer to your Rolls-Royce workshop manual for location and procedure)
- Package securely and ship to AMT Tuning at the address below
- AMT will connect directly to the ECU on the bench, read the stock file, and flash your custom tune
- Turnaround is typically 3–5 business days from receipt
- Reinstall the returned ECU — the tune is active immediately on start-up
