PORSCHE 992.1 – 3.8 Bi-Turbo S (2019 – 2023) – STAGE 1 PERFORMANCE SOFTWARE TUNE (ECU TUNE)
Stage 1 consists of an individual reprogramming of the engine management system of the vehicle, whereby the adjustment of the engine parameters (e.g. ignition, injection, throttle response, torque limiters etc…) are customly adjusted. All engine parameter values at this stage remain within the safety standards prescribed by the manufacturer. Stage 1 is 100% reliable and emission compliant
Stage 2 requires aftermarket parts to enhance the intake and exhaust flow capabilities of the vehicle and provide a less restrictive path. The required parts are cold air intakes, downpipes (either catless or high flow) and an upgraded exhaust system. The stage 2 tune is reconfigured to account for the improved airflow. Stage 2+ requires additional aftermarket parts like the IPD Plenum and the IPD Y-Pipe that can improve and optimize intake air flow by replacing the factory plastic “T” style air distributor with our more efficient, cast aluminum “Y” designed Plenum. This superior merge collector splits and channels intake air flow, reducing air turbulence and increasing air velocity. This proven design delivers impressive net power and torque gains across both power bands from launch to redline.
Stage 3 requires aftermarket turbos that can provide more boost to have substantial power gains which further improve the driving dynamics of the vehicle, please call for further details and options.
