Overview
The Ferrari F430 Stage 1 and Stage 2 calibrations by AMT Tuning enhance the performance and responsiveness of the legendary 4.3 L V8, offering refined throttle precision, improved torque delivery, and a sharper overall powerband.
Each ECU is individually reprogrammed through bench flashing of the Bosch ME7.3 dual-ECU system, ensuring perfect synchronization between left and right banks. Adjustments are made to ignition timing, fueling, torque limiters, and throttle control, all optimized for 91 Octane / 95 RON fuel.
The Stage 2 calibration further refines exhaust gas dynamics, supporting upgraded sports exhaust systems, high-flow catalytic converters, catless headers, and cold-air intakes for maximum flow and power gains.

Programming Instructions
- Both ECUs must be sent to AMT Tuning for bench reprogramming.
- ECU flashing is performed only on the bench, not via OBD.
- Not available through Powergate or handheld flashing tools.

ECU Removal Instructions
- Turn the battery disconnect knob (in the front trunk) to the OFF position.
- Locate the ECUs inside the cabin behind the driver’s seat (left side).
- Remove the left carpet covers behind the seat to access the ECU compartment.
- Remove the 10 mm bolts securing the ECU brackets to the frame.
- Release the connectors by pressing the locking clip and lifting the lever upward.
- Clearly mark each ECU as LEFT / RIGHT or FRONT / REAR before shipping.
- Reinstall in reverse order after service completion, ensuring all fasteners are secured before reconnecting battery power.

Please pack both ECUs securely using bubble wrap and a sturdy box with tracking and insurance.
